Event organizers select discussion questions for the room, each with multiple answer options. After a brief discussion, table groups use a special device to vote on their preferred answers by raising or lowering balloons, creating a striking visualization. A facilitator then prompts participants from different tables to share their perspectives.

A closing session that builds clarity on the next steps and ownership of post-event action
Participants identify collective goals they wish to see achieved after the event concludes. Then, a facilitator helps the group socialize, evaluate and rank those in a way that gets everyone moving. Using a creative canvas at each table, participants note individual steps they can take soon to support the top-ranked collective goals.
The result is a clear, detailed and comprehensive collection of individual commitments to support a larger strategy or initiative.
A synthesis workshop for groups to explore high-value, forward-thinking topics and themes
Using a proprietary creative canvas to guide their table discussion, each group captures (1) emerging insights along with (2) related actions/experiments to be taken, (3) initiatives that should be sunset in order to move forward effectively, and (4) key questions to be answered to gain further clarity.
The completed canvases can then be used to inform more holistic strategy conversations and to guide subsequent rollout plans for implementation beyond the event itself.
