A dynamic voting activity that creates a snapshot of group priorities
This installation includes multiple transparent tubes, each divisible into two colour-coded sections. Using ping pong balls to vote, the design allows for a variety of polls and questions, such as ranking strategic priorities, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and making predictions.
As the tubes fill up during the event, a snapshot of sentiments emerges to inform further conversation or be rolled into post-event planning.
A striking visualization of collective intelligence and participant data
This installation can be easily adjusted to fit available floor space. Each participant threads a strand of colour-coded yarn over a set of answer options to record their responses to pre-selected questions relevant to event content and themes.
As participants add their responses, a colorful web of correlations, connections, and patterns takes shape. This information can be shared on the program or digitized and synthesized after the event.
An installation promoting (wait for it…) reflection and idea sharing between participants
Often initiated in the middle of a program, participants are invited to fill out a set of quick prompt cards designed to get them thinking about what they’ve seen, heard, been curious about, or found valuable. Completed cards are then posted on special boards that are placed outside the room to create a collective inventory of key takeaways, burning questions, and new ideas.
The populated boards become a rich source of information for browsing during the rest of the event and continued conversation afterward.
